Executive Coaching

Individual development program focused on increasing the productivity, commitment and well-being of key leaders in the organization.

This process is made up of 6 to 10 sessions of 1 hour duration, distributed across 3 to 6 months. In these sessions, we will use applied methodologies of reflection, coaching and mentoring based on the needs of the organization, the client and the defined goals for the coaching process

Life Coaching

Face-to-face program in individualized sessions to address specific personal or professional objectives and challenges. For example, you might want to identify new professional goals, make a career change, increase your work confidence or your personal self-esteem.

This coaching process is made of 6 to 10 sessions of 1h duration, distributed across 3 to 6 months. In these sessions, we will use a combination of techniques that facilitate reflection and define actions to get closer to the client’s objectives.

Group mentoring

Comprehensive program with group sessions in which the development of leadership is accompanied in a personalized way, step- by- step.

These are small group sessions with the aim of sharing techniques, experiences and knowledge, as well as co-creating, sharing and strengthening best practices among the participants.
